I never got to meet Jason or Louise before the day of the wedding, cause they lived so far away (out of state). But after all our emails and phone calls back and forth, I knew that they were MY kind of clients. They had their wedding at the Maison & Jardine Wedding venue in Altamonte Springs, BEAUTIFUL place all the way through, the staff was AWESOME to work with and the food was DELICIOUS! So if you’re planning on getting married in Altamonte Springs Defiantly check them out.

Well I met Carlyn and Romiro at the Bridal show I did at the Kenilworth Lodge in Sebring, I gave them my information, and of coarse they called.. Now when I sat down with this couple we were so much alike it was scary, But I knew when I got together with them that we were going to get crunk, and also that this wasn’t going to be your ordinary Wedding Reception.
The night stated out with a bang, with an awesome grand entrance that didn’t get recorded all the way due to Flip issues. Then we moved right along to dinner, and then opened up the dance floor.. Didn’t get the response I was looking for, but by the second song it was slammed packed!
Me and my Assistant DJ Mike had such a great time, They treated us like we were family, We ate delicious food with them and not only DJd for then but had fun right along with them. We had such a good time I don’t think anyone wanted it to end.. I know I didn’t.

This was a last minute booking, So I did not get to know much about the bride and groom, But one thing I found out when I got there is that they had a great family and awesome friends.. and they were ready to party. This wedding I pretty much put together day of cause like I said Last minute booking no information on this wedding what so ever. But at the end of the night it turned out to be a wonderful party.
After meeting the bride and groom for the first time day of the wedding they told me that they were not very good dancers, but you know me.. I got them to dance along with everyone else they didn’t think was going to dance, it was a small crowd but was great for a Tuesday Wedding.

Let me start off by saying that this is one of the most beautiful wedding’s that I have ever done, from the decoration’s all the way down to the location. It was at the Grand Plaza Hotel right on St. Pete Beach, with a gorgeous view of the beach from every angle of the room. Me and my assistant DJ Mike had a great time.
When I talked to Todd on the phone he explained to me how he wanted thing’s done, and we made it happen, DJ mike did the ceremony, And of coarse i did the reception. We played a vast variety of music from the oldies all the way to the new, and for a daytime wedding the dance floor was packed the entire time! Thanks Todd and Kelly for letting A Premier Entertainment be a part of your special day!
Where do I start? When I first met Jennifer, we clicked very well.. and when I found out what kind of Wedding she was looking to have I knew I was the right DJ for her and her Fiance’. This wedding was above and beyond awesome both of the family’s were wonderful to work with and so nice, to say the least I got along with everyone very well.
I really do enjoy working at the Kenilworth Lodge, but in this case I didn’t, the air broke, then some drunk guy came in and tried to crash the wedding, Well we didn’t let that happen now did we Daniel?
A Premier Entertainment also provided the photobooth www.snapyourselfsilly.com, with Jenny from KC Photography working the booth, Jenny’s always fun! But let’s get to the good stuff…
Can a wedding be described as CRUNK? After Danielle and Elliot’s wedding reception, followed by Juan and Katherine’s… I do believe the answer is YES!
They wanted a Miami Club vibe to follow an elegant ceremony and upbeat cocktail hour at the Mystic Dunes. With our uplighting, dance floor floods, and custom monogram over the bar a lá 305, the theme was definetly carried through. Katherine’s elegant but chic dress paired with Juan’s Miami Vice ‘fit were the perfect touches to their perfect M-I-A day!
Musicwise, this wedding was a DJ’s dream… I didn’t play anything older than 1994 (minus a few Latin classics) for the reception. Not to mention that the ending song was Shots by Lil Jon and LMFAO!!
Check out some photos and video I took below!
I shall post the link to KC Photography’s blog up soon so you can see their photos. Tim with Storybook Weddings will do a video blog as well!
Justin and Jessica Jones (I call them J3) are such a fun couple! Our final meeting started at 8PM and they didn’t leave till after midnight… we just had so much in common that even my wife pulled up a chair and joined in the conversation! Yeah, this was a good sign of things to come.
Now, I’ve had outrageous dancers at my weddings before… but this was a whole new level. There wasn’t a point in time where someone wasn’t dancing; the cocktail and dinner hours were filled with people dancing– even the cake cutting song (Lou Monte’s That’s Amore) had people dancing!
This is like a DJ’s dream come true!
The Bradenton Country Club (who has AMAZING food, by the way) was nicely decorated with ouruplights, dance floor lighting, and the starfield. Jessica and Justin got married in a planetarium, a wicked-cool idea, so the starfield was an obvious choice.
Check out the photos (albeit blurry) and video below to see what all the mayhem was about!!!
This Wedding was for William and Paula Jones, when I first met with Paula and William I knew that this was a couple who knew exactly what they wanted. Their wedding was like any farytale wedding that girl’s dream about there whole live’s, They picked a BEAUTIFUL place, Paridise Cove is located in Orlando Florida, and let me just say if you are looking for a great beach type wedding without all the heat and sand, that’s your place!
My Dream Recetion brought out only the best of coarse, they choose the Premier Package with a 5/7 screen and slide show. They didn’t get any lighting , but when you see the venue you will see wh ythey didn’t need any. And best of all they got.. Yours Truely.
The Video

This was a Vowel renewal for Bryan and Pam Smith, Great people.. Really down to earth. I loved every minute working for them, The night went from Classy to CRUNK in less than 2 hours (like most of my weddings do). They choose some great uplighting and Dance floor lighting for there event, Made the room look fantastic!
I didn’t take video at this one but I have some great photos taken by KC Enterprises Photography.
James & Alisha created the perfect wedding today! They chose Lake Buena Vista Watersports’s Paradise Cove, which in itself is a beautiful venue…. but we got the opportunity to transform it. Using the in-house swags, we used lights carefully aimed at various sections to color the entire reception area with an Aqua blue (one of their wedding colors) while the swag behind the head table was lit up in their secondary color (pastel pink).
Floating above their heads on the swag was a custom made monogram. This one was very unique as Alisha designed it herself. You really have to see the photos and videos to appreciate how it all turned out. We also had the chance to uplight the beautiful wedding cake made by Custom Cakes by Linda (407.673.0082)… the plexiglass base shone bright!
Now, my dear brides & grooms.. Alisha & James had some GREAT ideas that turn into AMAZING wedding tips. Let’s discuss, shall we?
Use your surroundings! For the ceremony, the groomsmen arrived on a boat. It was awesome!
GO ALL OUT! Mr. and Mrs. Borelli added a unique touch by including a white dove release. Some may say “it’s played out” but in all my years of being an MC, this is the second time I’ve seen it done. NICE!
Design your own monogram! We’ll help you (some DJs won’t… but that’s them, haha)
Guys– do something romantic and funny! James and his crew sang “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling” a la “Top Gun” style!
Oh yes, I have to tell you about the food! Charles Putney, Event Designer of Arthur’s Catering, did an amazing job with the food. He and his staff were amazing to work with and created some AMAZING dishes. My favorite was the Coconut Shrimp! Theirs was the best I’ve had! I’ve work with so many wonderful couples who allow me the honor of partaking in the celebration by sharing dinner with the guests… so I’ve learned a thing or two about good eating… and the shrimp was phenomenal!!
